Year 7's this week learnt how to poach eggs in the way of creating a classic brunch dish Eggs Benedict. Year 9's also did this however they had to make the hollandaise themselves as well to finish the full product. Focus of the week was on Poaching, Frying, Sauteing & for the year 9's Emulsification
