Importantly our students returning to school from a period of remote learning and trying to make sense of the impact on their lives by COVID 19, need support and an opportunity to connect with each other and their feelings. I visited Mr Butler's Physical Education class today and discovered calm and tranquillity. The background music was soothing and supported the students to feel 'centred'. They were practicing some mindfulness moves and were enjoying the opportunity to slowly stretch and relax.
