The students excelled themselves in showing their knife skills, unique flavour choices and professional attitudes in a kitchen. After cleaning up after themselves the students presented their dishes to the judges!
We were presented with a variety beef, chicken and vegetable burgers. The students added a gourmet touch by making sides of garlic mushrooms, onions rings and homemade sauces .
