Yesterday the Year 7 netball team represented our college at an interschool competition at Altona Stadium. The players have been attending before school developmental training sessions coached by PE teacher Nicole Hamilton-Scott, to prepare for the competition. The dedication and commitment to skill development and to each other paid off as the netballers played a series of 5 games in a round robin. They won their first 4 games to reach the finals. Congratulations to the girls for this significant achievement. They did however, succumb to defeat in the fifth and last round. What a mighty effort though to have reached the finals. Well done team!
