Featherbrook College is a Resource Smart school and it is with pride that we seek to contribute to a more sustainable future.
We have promoted ‘nude’ food’ since we opened in 2017 and our students, parents and staff are well aware in the importance of this intention. It is so heartening to see the way our families have subscribed to this sustainable practice and I thank you. Whilst we have not quite achieved 100% nude food practices across the college, I am confident we are well on the way. Fortunately in the meantime, we have some wonderful students who have been keen to use their recess and lunchtimes to ensure the little bit of litter that does not find its way into a bin, is collected and disposed of thoughtfully.
