Today, our 2021 student leaders were presented with their badges at our virtual assembly. The 6 new students joined 6 student leaders from 2020 to create a new team for this year. After a lengthy nomination, application writing and interviewing process, the students were selected by a panel consisting of 2 teachers and I. The students’ applications and interview responses included how they show our college values of high expectations, being safe, respectfulness and collaboration. They also included commentary regarding sustainability and service to others. Congratulations to Senaya, Aurelia, Shoumik, Ram, Vivesh and Bhilagna on this achievement. Working together with the 2020 students leaders Alita, Leanna, Shaberbano, Harshad, Ashira and Dhruv will ensure we have a dynamic student action team.
