I am constantly amazed and delighted at the breadth and depth of creative talent we have at Featherbrook College. Equally, I am humbled by the willingness of our students who generously share their creations when provided the opportunity to do so. Today I joined the 3G webex meeting where students shared some of their learning of which they were most proud. Kirti shared a particularly engaging piece of art she had created. Inspired by a Melbourne artist's work Pete Cromer, whom art teacher Louise Johnson had introduced to the students, his simple shapes of our Australian native animals and his use of bright pastel colors, clearly impacted Kirti's work. Congratulations Kirti on your stunning art piece!
