The students were challenged to create a ‘Mystery meal’ for their families from ingredients they had in their homes. Their brief was to provide a recipe, method, phots of themselves making the dish and their families enjoying the final product. Two of these creation are featured – Black Sauce Hokkien Noodles for mains and perhaps Orange Muffins for dessert (scroll down for the recipe).
