Junior's key take away messages

You should never feel afraid to ask. - Leadership is not about being the smartest person in the room. - Life is never perfect, you have to make mistakes to learn and grow. - This information will inform my leadership by understanding that mistakes are an opportunity for learning.

Shaherbano's key take away messages

You need to lose before you can win - Leaders collaborate with all types of people and never treat anyone differently. - If you want something enough, it becomes easy to achieve. - This information will inform my leadership by understanding there is no manual to be a leader and it is important to be inclusive of everyone.

Ariana's key take away messages

Be authentic - Understand your limits - You can look up to other leaders but it is important to be your own leader. - This information will inform my leadership by looking up at the people that inspire me and using the aspects of their leadership to form my own.
